Tree Service Smyrna provides professional tree care services in Smyrna, GA and surrounding areas including Vinings, Marietta, Mableton, and Austell. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Stump Grinding
• Land Clearing
• Tree Cabling & Bracing
• Emergency Tree Service

All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and a signed service agreement prior to work commencing.

3. Estimates & Quotes

• All estimates provided through our website, phone, or in person are free of charge and non-binding until a written service agreement is signed by both parties.
• Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, tree size, accessibility, and scope of work discovered during service.
• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed via phone or email.
• We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
• Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
• For large projects, a deposit may be required prior to work commencing.

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and the trees requiring service
• Ensure clear access to the work area on the scheduled service date
• Notify us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hazards on your property
• Obtain any required permits or HOA approvals before work begins
• Ensure pets and children are kept away from the work area during service

Tree Service Smyrna is not liable for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hazards that were not disclosed prior to service.

7. Liability & Damage

• Tree Service Smyrna carries full general liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage.
• We take every precaution to protect your property during service. However, minor incidental damage such as lawn tire tracks or small landscape disturbance may occur and is not covered unless caused by gross negligence.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions including diseased trees, root damage, or structural instability not disclosed at the time of estimate.
• Any claims for damage must be reported in writing within 5 business days of service completion.

8. Warranty

• We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 5 business days and we will make it right.
• We do not provide warranties on tree health outcomes as these are subject to environmental conditions beyond our control.
• Stump grinding services are warranted to grind the stump to agreed depth. Regrowth from remaining roots is not covered.
